Please complete this form if you need help identifying which parts are needed for repairing your SHIFTPOD. Note that filling out this form does not guarantee a warranty replacement. 

Replacement parts can be purchased here:

 All requests must include interior and exterior photos of your SHIFTPOD for evaluation.

Mildew is not covered under our warranty, but our team is happy to provide suggestions and reccomendations after assessment.

Review the SHIFTPOD Limited Warranty before submitting. 

Once your request is submitted, we will evaluate your case and will contact you with next steps and reccomendations. Our goal is to get you back in action with a fair and equitable determination.
