Can I expedite my shipping?

We do offer overnight shipping – HOWEVER consider this closely. Our fulfillment center and UPS hub are in Los Angeles at one of the biggest hubs in the USA.  We cannot guarantee when exactly when your order will ship your order and there may be delays at their hub, etc.

UPS Ground is 1-2 days after processing with UPS to CA and 5-7 days to the East Coast. 3-4 days to Texas.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But soon!

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

UPS does not ship to these. Sorry!

How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?

UPS – Via Truck, Airplane or Submarine

How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?

You will need to ship to a US address and forward from there.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent tracking information on your shipment notice and you can track your purchase any time day or night on the inter webs.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Email questions@shiftpod.com and we can assist you from there. We ship quickly so don’t hesitate.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

It depends on how far you are from our shipping center. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at the time you place your order. In the US they range from $50 to $500 depending on distance and service level you choose. 

Will I have to sign for my package?

No. We do not ship with signature required.

What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

We can’t do much without it. We need your order number and a receipt. Everyone that has purchased a unit from the beginning was sent an email receipt with the order number. If you can't find it after exhaustive searching, call our customer service to have them look it up for you.

When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Can I drop my shelter off somewhere and save the shipping cost?

Yes, returns can be dropped off at our Napa, California warehouse. Come up and make a day of it! We have great restaurants and lots of wine. Be sure to call and make an appointment before coming.
