Please fill out this form when you are ready to ship back your defective SHIFTPOD and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. See the notes below for additonal information needed to process your warranty return and generate the shipping label.

Getting Your SHIFTPOD Ready for Return • Repack all accessories inside the tent bag along with your SHIFTPOD. This includes the accessory roll, tie lines, carabiners, stakes, gear pocket, gear line, rainfly, and floor. • Wrap the packed SHIFTPOD bag tightly in several layers of plastic stretch wrap. This helps protect the unit during transit and makes the package easier and cleaner to ship.

• Ship From Address: UPS requires the address you will be shipping from to generate the return label.

• Serial Number: The serial number is located on the interior wall tag near the floor zipper.

• Additional Damage: Please notify us before shipping the unit back of any additional damage besides the warranty defect. Any additional damage may affect the replacement process.

• Packed Dimensions: Please provide the final packed dimensions for your return once it is fully packed and ready to ship.

• When Would You Like Your Replacement: Please let us know if you prefer to receive your replacement as soon as possible with the current bag (and receive the new zipper bag at a later date) or wait to receive everything together once the updated bags arrive in January.

• Shipping Address for Replacement: Please provide the address where you would like your new SHIFTPOD delivered.

• Condition: Please check the box confirming your SHIFTPOD is clean, dry, and dust free before sending it in for return.
