The SHIFTPOD "Make It Golden" Holiday Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Advanced Shelter Systems, Inc. dba SHIFTPOD, 952 School Street #259, Napa, CA 94559 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social platform.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on October 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to Enter
Visit shiftpod.com/pages/goldengiveaway during the Entry Period, answer the short survey, provide your first name, ZIP code and a valid email address, confirm your eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules, and submit the form. Providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries from the same person or email address will be disregarded. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void.
5. Bonus Entries for Referrals
After entering, each entrant receives a personal share link. For each different, eligible person who submits a valid entry through that link during the Entry Period, the referring entrant receives one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries per entrant. Referred people must be new, eligible entrants using their own email address. Self-referrals and referrals using duplicate, fake or disposable email addresses do not count.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) SHIFTPODX Expedition, Limited Edition Gold. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,799.00 USD. Sponsor will ship the prize at no cost to the winner, to an address within the United States. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,799.00.
"Buy now, still win." If the winner purchased a SHIFTPOD tent from shiftpod.com during the Entry Period, the winner may choose, in place of the prize described above, a refund of the purchase price of one (1) tent from that order, up to $1,799.00. The winner chooses one option, not both.
No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Because the prize value is over $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. The prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty other than the standard manufacturer's warranty.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about November 17, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner and two (2) alternates in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, including bonus entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email (and by text message if they opted in) on or about November 17, 2026, and must respond within five (5) days of notification. The potential winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release, and to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within five (5) days of receipt. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, does not comply with these rules, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.
9. Every Entrant
Every eligible entrant who agrees to receive Sponsor's emails will receive an early-access offer for Sponsor's Black Friday pricing on or about November 2, 2026. This offer is a promotional benefit available to all entrants and is not a prize of this giveaway.
10. Use of Your Information
Information you provide is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the giveaway, to understand our customers, and to send you marketing messages you agreed to receive, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP. Text message terms: Terms and Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, and any photos the winner chooses to share, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control that affects its administration, security or fairness, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select the winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunction.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
14. Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California.

For the winner's first name and state (available after November 30, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, email questions@shiftpod.com with the subject line "Make It Golden Giveaway," or mail a request to the Sponsor address above by December 31, 2026.
