IMPORTANT: All requests must include both interior and exterior photos of your SHIFTPOD so our team can properly evaluate the issue. Please include close-up photos of the affected area, as well as wide, full-view photos of all interior and exterior walls.

Mildew is not covered under the SHIFTPOD Limited Warranty. However, our team is happy to review your photos and provide cleaning, repair, or care recommendations after assessment.

Once your request is submitted, our team will evaluate your case and contact you with next steps and recommendations. Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to complete the evaluation. Our goal is to help get you back in action with a fair and equitable.
